WALK INS WELCOME | Tickets can be purchased on arrival at reception and are subject to availability.

ADVANCE TICKETS | Tickets can be purchased in advance at any time on the website and guarantee entry.

SESSION TIMES | Please choose a session time based on how long you wish to stay at the centre including time in the cafe.
​
STAY LONGER CHARGES | Stay longer charges are automatically added on if you exceed your pre booked session time. and payment in full is required on exit.

TOP TIP | We are usually busiest at the weekends and school holidays, especially around lunchtime, and we recommend pre booking tickets to guarantee entry. Also please allow extra time for parking, as we have limited car parking spaces (16) at the venue READ MORE

We are a cashless venue and accept card and contact-less payments only.

We do not allow picnics. Only food and drinks purchased at Head Over Heels can be consumed on the premises.

Socks or tights must be worn by everyone to enter the play areas. We sell socks at reception if needed.

Maximum 1.55m height restriction for players in force to ensure safety of all children.

Only children aged 3 and under are allowed to play in the toddler area with adult supervision at all times. No exceptions are permitted.

Non Players who are under 18 years old are not permitted in the play areas or in the toddler area, not even to supervise younger children.

Our award winning family friendly cafes offer a tasty selection of vegetarian, vegan and halal dishes and delicious home made cakes including healthy options for big and little appetites. Our food is freshly prepared and we can provide wheat free and dairy free alternatives and cater for special dietary requirements. We also have facilities for warming baby food and a quiet room for breast feeding if needed.

Whilst the children play, there is comfortable seating for parents in the cafe with CCTV showing the play frame. Free high speed Wi-Fi.

Party
Our amazing selection of 5-Star Party Packages are available to book everyday of the week with special offers available on school days.
We have two party spaces. The Cloud Suite is a private party space with adult lounge and children's banquet area with direct access to the play area and caters for larger parties 15-40 children. The Super Star Studio is located on the ground floor and is used for the party banquet and sing along parties and ideal for smaller groups of 12-20 children.

For those wanting a smaller Celebration Meal in the cafe, these are available on school days only from 2pm for a maximum of 11 children.
​
We offer a Cakeage service for a small charge, if you wish to have a Happy Birthday Celebration at your table in the cafe. This service can be paid for on arrival. Our team will take care of everything and the cake can be cut and wrapped for your guests to take home.

Please note that the Head Over Heels Car Park is for customer use only whilst visiting our centre. Customers are required to enter their vehicle registration number on arrival to validate their parking.
Head Over Heels Car Park has 16 spaces, once full we recommend:
Free local street parking (some restrictions are lifted on Sundays)
Public fee paying car park at the back of the old Chorlton Precinct (5 minute walk):

At weekends and school holidays during the winter months we can get really busy. If you want to avoid the crowds, plan your visit for early mornings as these are usually our quieter times.

If you are visiting us for a party, allow a bit of extra time for parking or dropping off at busy times.
​
Please note that normal parking regulations apply on the streets around the estate. Head Over Heels do not accept responsibility for customer's who choose to park illegally or without prior consent on other business premises.
