WALK INS WELCOME | Tickets can be purchased on arrival at reception and are subject to availability.

ADVANCE TICKETS | Tickets can be purchased in advance at any time on the website and guarantee entry.

SESSION TIMES | Please choose a session time based on how long you wish to stay at the centre including time in the cafe. Stay longer charges are added on exit if you exceed your pre booked session time.

TOP TIP | We are usually busiest at the weekends and school holidays, especially around lunchtime, and we recommend pre booking tickets to guarantee entry. Please allow extra time for parking, we have two Car Parks A and B, with additional Car Park C at the weekends. If full, there is local parking a short walk away. READ MORE.

We are a cashless venue and accept card and contact-less payments only.

We do not allow picnics. Only food and drinks purchased at Head Over Heels can be consumed on the premises.

Socks or tights must be worn by everyone to enter the play areas. We sell socks at reception if needed.

Maximum 1.55m height restriction for players in force to ensure safety of all children.

Only children aged 3 and under are allowed to play in the toddler area with adult supervision at all times. No exceptions are permitted.

Children over 1.55m are classed as Non Players.

Non Players who are under 18 years old are not permitted in the play areas or in the toddler area, not even to supervise younger children.

If you would like to reserve your playside space and enjoy the luxury of hosted table service, Head over Heels Wilmslow offer beach inspired Cabanas for hire. These cosy huts, individually decorated can be reserved for 2.5 hours for up to 8 persons.

Cakeage
Enjoy a Happy Birthday Celebration in the Cafe. Charge £7.50 per cake includes celebration and the cake cut and wrapped for guests to take home. Does not include cake or candles.

SOCKS
For hygiene and safety, adults and children must wear socks or tights on the play frame and in the toddler area. Socks can be purchased at reception if needed.

If you wish to use our lockers, please bring a padlock. Padlocks are also available to buy at reception for £5.

CASHLESS VENUE
Head Over Heels is a cashless venue and we accept card payments only.

Eat
Our family restaurant offers a range of freshly prepared and locally sourced dishes for big and little appetites. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know. Our food is freshly prepared and we can provide wheat free and dairy free alternatives, plus we offer a tasty selection of vegetarian, vegan and halal options on the menu. We also have facilities for warming baby food.
Please note, we do not allow own food or drinks to be consumed on the premises.

Whilst the children play, there is comfortable seating for parents, free high speed Wi-Fi and lap top bar with power points.

Head Over Heels Car Park B - Additional customer parking at the rear of the building (off Earl Road).
Head Over Heels Car Park C - At weekends only there is additional parking on Commercial Avenue with a Head Over Heels attendant.

At weekends and school holidays, especially around lunchtime we are usually at our busiest. Please allow extra time for parking and If all car parks are full, there is local parking a short walk away.
If you want to avoid the crowds, plan your visit for early mornings or later in the day, as these are usually our quieter times.
​
If you are visiting us for a party, allow a bit of extra time for parking or dropping off at busy times.
​
Please note that normal parking regulations apply on the streets around the estate. Head Over Heels do not accept responsibility for customer's who choose to park illegally or without prior consent on other business premises.
