IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CELEBRATION MEAL
Play
Party children play and have fun on the play structure under supervision of the attending adults. Head Over Heels recommends at least 1 adult for every 5 children. Parents and helpers should familiarise themselves with our Fair Play Policy and the locations of Fire Exits, First Aid Stations and toilets.

Please note that older children in excess of 1.55m are not allowed to supervise younger children on the play frame or in the toddler area.

Food
The food we serve in our parties is just as important to us as the amazing play experiences we provide. It’s our goal to produce scrumptious food whilst keeping a careful eye on the sodium, fat and sugar levels.
We offer a choice of hot meal options. We are also happy to try and meet any special dietary requirements of any member of your party if we are notified in advance. Please contact the centre in advance of your party or ask the parent to get in touch directly.

Birthday Cake
If you choose to bring your own cake for the Birthday Celebration Ceremony, it will be taken away after the celebration ceremony to be cut up and wrapped in napkins for the children to take home at the end of the party.
We ask parents not to bring cakes containing fresh cream as they require refrigeration to be stored safely and we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this on the day. If supplied we will use the cake for the Birthday Celebration Ceremony only and return to the party parents to take home.

We offer a range of customised and themed birthday cakes which must be ordered in advance of the party date. Prices and options are available. SEE PARTY EXTRAS

Only food purchased from Head Over Heels can be consumed on the premises.

Deposit and Final Payment
For Celebration Meals booked from 1 January 2024
The Celebration Meal costs £19.50 per child for a minimum of 4 children and a maximum of 11 children.
Please aim to pay the outstanding balance at least a week before the party. The final day for payments and guest numbers is 3 days before the party. All children attending the party must be registered and paid for. If you have not paid the balance 3 days before the party, then we will ring you with a reminder.
Unfortunately, any parties unpaid after this time will not go ahead and any deposit will be lost.

Please note, we do not allow customer decorations or helium balloons in the building as they can cause damage to our ventilations systems and decoration.

Arrival Time
We suggest that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time for your party.

Parking Information
We have a small car park at the front of the building near the entrance and a large car park at the back (off Earl Road).
​
Reception
Please give the completed registration sheet to the receptionist on arrival, they will use this to check your guests in when they arrive and then show them to your table. The receptionist will provide you with a key for a large locker, a bucket to hold shoes, a clear large plastic bag for presents and stickers for the party child and adult in charge. There is room in your locker for shoes, coats, and presents.

Your Table
A table is reserved for the children for when the food is served and it will be set with knives and forks, napkins
and cups. On the table, you will have paper party cups and jugs of cordial for the children’s consumption only.
​
Free Style Play after arrival
Once the children have removed their shoes they will be able to play and have fun with their friends on the play frame.
​
Party Food
You can place the children’s food order with the café staff and decide on a time when you would like it to be
served. We generally recommend serving the party food half way through the party.
It is strongly recommended that the children wash their hands or use the antibacterial gel prior to eating.

Photographs
Please show consideration when taking photographs as some parents/guardians do not want their children to be photographed.
Children's Party Food
We will call the children to the table when the chef begins to prepare the food, approximately 5-10 minutes before the food is served. When the children are seated, happy birthday will be sung and the candles on the birthday cake (not included) will be lit and blown out by the birthday child. Following the cake celebration ceremony, the food will be served. Then they are welcome to return to the play frame to enjoy more free style play.

The End of The Party
The children are called over the microphone approximately 5-10 minutes before the end of the party to allow them time to return to their parents, put shoes on and say their goodbyes. As the children leave they will be checked off the list and they will receive their party bag with cake (if provided). Once your guests have gone please ensure that you have gathered up all your belongings and taken everything out of your locker. If you have a tab to pay then this can be settled at reception. Please remember to return your locker key. The receptionist will be happy to assist you in carrying your presents to your car.

Choose from ham, cheese, vegan cheese or cucumber and hummus on white or brown bread served with triple cooked chunky chips, fruit, and vegetable crudities.
Super Sausages
WH Frost butcher's pork sausages served with a choice of triple cooked chunky chips or mashed potatoes and either peas and carrots, or baked beans.
Finger Licking Chicken Goujons Halal
Lightly battered southern fried chicken breast fillets (2) served with a choice of triple cooked chunky chips, mashed potatoes and either carrots and peas, or baked beans.
Margherita Pizza V
Tomato and basil sauce topped with a tasty mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese on a traditional thin 9-inch pizza base.
Hidden Veg Pasta Vegan
Pasta shapes served with our home-made tomato sauce with hidden vegetables
Fish Goujons
Lightly breaded cod goujons served with a choice of triple cooked chunky chips or mashed potatoes and either peas and carrots or baked beans.
Our thirst quenching party juice is Robinson's Apple and Blackcurrant and Britvic Orange juice.
Children can order their food on arrival. We offer gluten-free and dairy free alternatives where possible and will always try to cater for special dietary requirements.

We work with award winning Cheshire bakers Peter Herd to offer personalised and themed birthday cakes.

Simply choose a theme, or supply an image or photograph of the birthday child and we will do the rest.
