We have lots to explore on our large play frame with a labyrinth of runs, crawls, slides, swings and sports court, that offer a safe environment for children to challenge themselves and have lots of energetic fun. Families can enjoy sensory and interactive play together in our Music, Movement and Sensory Zone and our groovy LED Disco room. For our younger visitors, the fully enclosed play area for children aged 3 and under only has a play frame with slide, roundabout and soft play, relaxing space baby sensory room and castle providing little ones with hours of play. Whilst the children play, the parents can sit back and relax in one of our family friendly cafes and comfortable seating areas. Baby and Toddler Playground FOR 0-3 YEARS ONLY
Baby and Toddler Playground
The baby and toddler playground is exclusively for children aged three and under with adult supervision required at all times.
It provides a safe environment for little ones to play at their own pace away from the older children, with new challenges awaiting them as they develop and grow.

Overseen by our friendly Play Pals, Entry to the Baby and Toddler area is strictly for children aged 0-3 years only and our team are unable to make exceptions.

Baby and Toddler Sensory
Get ready for an adventure in our amazing space themed baby and toddler sensory area with glowing bubble tubes, fibre optics, infinity mirror and watch the moon landing inside our space rocket.
Lots to stimulate little ones imagination and ideal for babies sensory development.
Role Play Castle
For imaginative play, cross the stepping stones to visit the castle, sit on the throne and visit the jail, watched over by our cuddly dragons.

Our menus offer a wide selection of vegetarian, vegan and halal dishes. We offer gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives where possible and will always try to cater for special dietary requirements.
Sky Terrace Cafe Bar AND MINI ROLE PLAY VILLAGE
Sky Terrace Cafe Bar
Designed for families to relax and eat, our Sky Terrace Cafe Bar offers 2000 sq. ft. of comfortable seating and large beautifully decorated booths with power points. With fantastic views of the play frame and direct access to the play areas, older children can play and explore safety on their own whilst our younger guests can enjoy the mini role play village.
There is lift access, large family toilets, pram store and cloakroom area with lockers and also a quiet room.
Mini Role Play Village
Our mini role play village is designed to keep little imaginations busy. Visit Daisy Cottage or drop by the Cafe for cake and coffee! There are new houses to build, fires to put out and a visit to the hospital too.

Please read our FAIR PLAY POLICY, before your visit as there is important information that you need to know.

Maximum 1.55m height restriction for players in force to ensure safety of all children.

Only children aged 3 and under are allowed to play in the toddler area with adult supervision at all times.

Children over 1.55m are not permitted on the play frame or in the toddler area, not even to supervise younger children.
SOCKS
For hygiene and safety, adults and children must wear socks or tights on the play frame and in the toddler area. Socks can be purchased at reception if needed.
PADLOCK FOR LOCKERS
If you wish to use our lockers, please bring a padlock. Padlocks are also available to buy at reception for £5.

CASHLESS VENUE
Head Over Heels is a cashless venue and we accept card payments only.
​
Eat
Our family restaurant offers a range of freshly prepared and locally sourced dishes for big and little appetites. Our food is freshly prepared and we can provide wheat free and dairy free alternatives, plus we offer a tasty selection of vegetarian, vegan and halal options on the menu. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know. We also have facilities for warming baby food and a quiet room for breast feeding if needed.
Please note, we do not allow own food or drinks to be consumed on the premises.

Whilst the children play, there is comfortable seating for parents in the cafe and Sky Terrace (lift access), free high speed Wi-Fi, laptop bar and booths with power points.

Party

Please note that the Head Over Heels Car Park is for customer use only whilst visiting our centre. Customers are required to enter their vehicle registration number on arrival to validate their parking.

At weekends and school holidays during the winter months we can get really busy. If you want to avoid the crowds, plan your visit for early mornings as these are usually our quieter times.

If you are visiting us for a party, allow a bit of extra time for parking or dropping off at busy times.
​
Please note that normal parking regulations apply on the streets around the estate. Head Over Heels do not accept responsibility for customer's who choose to park illegally or without prior consent on other business premises.
