Celebrating our love of good food, our 'specials' are definitely worth a visit with the children this month.
As well as our delicious menus packed with locally sourced ingredients from award winning suppliers on our doorstep, our chefs have been working on some mouthwatering new recipes for our specials board this month. If you fancy a plant based alternative, then the new vegan BBQ Pulled Jack Fruit Burger comes highly recommended. Served on a toasted Barbakan Kaiser roll with sliced pickle, beef tomato, baby gem lettuce and Violife cheese, this hearty dish also comes with delicious triple cooked chunky chips and a crunchy seeded dry rainbow slaw.
For those wanting something a little lighter (and greener) but packed with flavour, the Couscous & Edamame Bean Protein Salad will not disappoint. A delicious mix of pearl couscous, edamame beans, chickpeas and green lentils served on a bed of wild rocket finished with pomegranate seed and goji berries.
Finally, the Ultimate Steak and Grilled Cheese Sandwich with pan seared Frosts butchers minute steak with fried onions, chimichurri and 5 cheese mix on a Barbakan Chorlton sour-dough served with seeded dry rainbow slaw. Pair this with a Brew Dog Nanny State IPA (0% alcohol).
